Quality Of Childcare Service

Prepare your answers so that you can easily speak to how you improved the standard of care received by the children under your leadership.  The kind of questions that they might use to assess this component, might be “how did you measure quality of care?”  Or “how did you measure quality of childcare service?”.  At this point your answer should include a baseline measurement of these childcare metrics and then provide succinct on the programs you initiated to improve the metrics and then support these claims with some statistics.
