Daily Interview Tip

Use a 'CAR' story-telling format (describing the challenge, your action and the result) and provide figures proving the impact you've made in similar situations. Weave in four or five of these relevant stories during the interview. When you are asked "Why do you want this job?", explain how you became interested in this field. Describe your general career interests and what do you see yourself doing in five years. If asked, "Why did you leave your last position?" Keep this answer simple. If you were laid off simply say so, If your company downsized, simply say so. Do not go into a lot of detail.
