When creating, updating and enhancing documentation, hoe do you ensure format, content and style guidelines, is accurate, consist and well presented?

I’m sure you have been criticized for something you may have written in the past; how do you overcome criticism from fellow employees or end users?

What do you do to grasp complex software and learn quickly?
