Lack of enthusiasm is almost guaranteed to lose you the opportunity. You must be able to say why the role and company appeal to you with conviction. A good interviewee will memorize a 60-second commercial that clearly demonstrates why he or she is the best person for the job. If asked, "What do you feel are your weaknesses?" Make sure that you never want to give any indication of any weaknesses that you have. Turn you weaknesses into strengths by working it to the employer's advantage.
