Daily Interview Tip

Interviews in the private sector vary from the well-planned assessment day, with group tasks and a panel interview, to a more hurried, informal chat with your potential line manager. Watch out for unpredictable factors that can influence the outcome. Copies of letters of recommendation, if you have any are excellent to have with you in your job interview. If you are shy, don't be ashamed of your shyness, it's part of you and depending on the job could be quite appealing. Not all roles need over-confident employees and you can still be quietly confident.
